Managing the Employee / Crew Colors as they appear in your Schedule

Estimate Rocket allows for full control of the colors that you see in the schedule, specific colors can be assigned to specific ‘types' of users or crews so at a quick glance you can see scheduled estimates and schedule work orders. 

Setting an Employee Schedule Color

Editing the employee record will give you the ability to set the calendar color


Set the Crew Calendar Color

Editing the crew will give you the ability to change the crew calendar color


Managing the Employee / Crew schedule colors, used in conjunction with the schedule options  will give you a quick glace into the status of a project as projects move through the work flow and are assigned to the proper employees / crews.
