Estimate Rocket allows for customization of all document templates, including the estimate (proposal) and the change order. 

In many areas of the country the client facing documents are now required to have an Estimator or Business Owner signature on the estimate and change order.

Get Help from your Estimate Rocket Customer Success Coach

Step 1: Create a test proposal in Estimate Rocket and have your estimator or business owner sign that proposal on the customer portal

 

Step 2: Notify your customer success coach of the project number(s) with the needed signatures.

Step 3: The Estimate Rocket team will extract that signature image, name that image based on your exact need and upload that image to your account.

Step 4: The Estimate Rocket team will then put some code into the needed document template to display that signature where it is needed. Typically this is adjacent to where the client will eventually be asked to sign. 

 


These signatures can be used in such a way that the business owner signature is there or if you have 1 or more estimators the specific estimator that did the estimate will appear there.
