Estimate Rocket allows for multiple different invoice types including deposit, progress, final and credit invoices. You can even give an invoice a name to have the invoice stand out against the typical invoice names. The AI invoice assistant can isolate portions of your project and put those details into the description for both you and your client to see.
Using the AI Invoice Assistant to Isolate Portions of your Project (by Line Item Name)
When creating an invoice there is a list of options in the drop down but those selections can be edited to give the invoice additional detail. In the example below the progress invoice has been renamed to be progress invoice - living room and the line item name summary is selected from the description type field. This will extract the line item names and put those into the description of the invoice.

The line item names that were NOT part of this invoice can be edited out after the generate description step.

After entering the amount of the invoice and saving the custom invoice will be available to your client for only these specific services.
Using the AI Invoice Assistant to Isolate Portions of your Project (by Group Name)
The same guidelines can be used if your work is separated into multiple groups in Estimate Rocket. In the example below there is both interior and exterior painting groups and the custom invoice will be created for the exterior, shed painting, portion of the project.

The group summary will summarize the group names and items into paragraph format, which can then be edited to isolate the portion of the project that is looking to be invoiced.

For isolating the invoice by group either the line item option or the group option could be selected from the AI description ‘type’ dialogue.
