Estimate Rocket Franchise Separation
When a franchisor decides to end their agreement with Estimate Rocket the franchisee location can maintain their Estimate Rocket account to retain access to their historical data.
On the separation date each franchise location will be removed from the Franchisor payment method and their account will be deactivated. Upon next attempt to login the user will be met with an 'Account Cancelled' message.
To reactivate the account follow the steps as outlined in the login sequence which will include the addition of a new payment method.
Just like any other Estimate Rocket subscription the separated franchisee will be treated just like any other stand-alone account.
