Texting (SMS) Templates *
The ability to sent text messages to your clients the same way you sent emails is now a possibility in Estimate Rocket. The SMS templates use the Estimate Rocket tokens the same as the email templates, which will allow you to personalize the experience for each of your clients. Send your proposals, change orders, appointment reminders, invoices, receipts and even requests for online reviews or referrals via text message to your clients.
Settings > SMS Templates will direct you to the page to edit or add templates.
If you don't have the SMS templates on your account please let our customer support agents know so we can add those for you.
Follow Up Campaigns via Texting (SMS) *
The Estimate Rocket follow up campaigns can help you increase your closing ratio and the feedback we have gotten about proposals being signed while the sales person was at dinner with their family. Now these follow up campaigns can not only send emails but also send text messages. Enjoy the same flexibility and personalization using a text message template that you have been using from an email template.
Spanish Work Order Translation
In Estimate Rocket you can now have your work orders translated into Spanish. This translation will server as the gateway to other documents being in Spanish as well as perhaps documents in other languages.
