Estimate Rocket allows for flexible data exchange with 3rd party applications through the API.
Data inbound from a web form, data exchange to Quick books or photo integrations are easy with Estimate Rocket.
Zapier Workflows
A Zapier workflow is essentially a Zapier template that handles a predictable circumstance such as a new Estimate Rocket Client being added to a 3rd party system such at Quickbooks online.
The workflow only requires that you reconnect to the application that serves as the source of your data and then the application the actions are taken in such as a search or add (in this case client).
To access the Zapier Workflows click on the Settings > Integrations
….and then into the Zapier Workflows
If you are NOT logged into Zapier you will be prompted to do so to be able to access the Zapier workflows.
Available Zapier Workflows
Common workflows will include Estimate Rocket and Quickbooks online and others are added regularly.
