Estimate Rocket allows an estimator to quickly capture the details of a project using a flexible estimating process and to deliver a proposal for electronic signature on the spot.

- Pulling items from a library of services that allow the estimator to quickly choose and set a price for the specific scope of work.
- Organizing the item library to be job type specific to save the estimator time.

- The library of items can be setup with these different type of items and the items can be mixed across the different methods within the same estimate.
Your First Exterior Painting Estimate with a general item
Your Estimate Rocket painting account will be loaded with some industry standards with regards to painting specific items. You also have the option to add a new general item with the straight dollar amount without specific considerations toward time and / or material….because honestly you know in your head what this will take.
General Item
Adding a general line item into an estimate gives you the quick option to set the overall price and have the flexibility to quickly edit that price if there is additional work needed. The general line items can be stored in your item library the same way other items are stored for quick addition to a project.
